摘要
采用传统的陶瓷制备方法,以TiO_2-莫来石系为主要研究对象,研究了不同组分和烧成温度对陶瓷材料的远红外吸收性的影响。试验表明,TiO_2-莫来石体系陶瓷材料的远红外吸收性能,随着烧结温度的升高明显降低:TiO_2能有效促进材料烧结、降低烧结温度,提高材料的红外吸收性能。
In this experiment, we use traditional ceramic preparing method of ceramic to study TiO2-mullite far-infrared material. We also study the effect of different composition crude materials and different sintered temperatures on the far-infrared absorbance. The study indicates that as the sintered temperature increasing, the TiO2-mullite ceramic's far-infrared absorptivity descended; as the content of TiO2 increasing, the material's infrared absorptivity increases too and the sintered temperature of ceramics descended smartly.
