BaO-Nd_2O_3-TiO_2系电容器陶瓷介电性能研究

摘要 通过正交实验法,选用Bi_2O_3和Pb_3O_4为添加剂,采用电子陶瓷的生产工艺,对BaO-Nd_2O_3-TiO_2(简称BNT)系统进行了改性研究,研究结果表明:BaO:Nd_2O_3:TiO_2的摩尔比为1:1:4,添加物Bi_2O_3和Pb_3O_4的加入量与BaO的摩尔比分别为0.17:0.04时的介电常数最高ε=103.11,介质损耗tanδ=4×10^(-4),同时还讨论了不同成分比,添加剂加入量以及工艺因素对电容器介电性能的影响。 By the orthogonality experiment, selecting Bi2O3 and Pb3O4 as the additive and adopting the electronic ceramics production technology, the modified research is conducted to BaO-Nd2O3-TiO2 (BNT) system. The results indicate that when BaO:Nd2O3:TiO2=1:1:4, Bi2O3:Pb3O4: BaO=1:0.17:0.04, the dielectric constant(ε= 103.11) of capacitor ceramic is the biggest and tanS=4×10^-4. In addition, the effects of the different ingredient ratio, the amounts of additive as well as the craft factor on the capacitor dielectric properties are discussed.
