摘要
为解决催化油浆的出路问题,济南分公司在延迟焦化装置进行了掺炼催化油浆的试验,催化油浆在焦化原料中以不同的掺炼比例进行了试验。试验结果表明,延迟焦化装置掺炼油浆比例过高,会造成汽柴油收率及总液体收率降低,产品质量变差,设备磨损加剧,综合效益将大大降低。
In order to make full use of FCC slurry,SINOPEC Jinan Company conducted an experiment to test the feasibility of blending the slurry into feedstock of a delayed coking unit.Different proportions of FCC slurry were blended into the feedstock of the unit and the test results indicate that blending too high pro- portions of FCC slurry will lead to declined recovery efficiencies of gasoline ,diesel oil and total liquid production,deteriorated quality of products and accelerated attrition of equipment,thereby reducing the comprehensive efficiency of the unit significantly.
