多锂引发剂合成星形S-SBR

摘要 星形S-SBR可以满足轮胎耐低温性能、抗湿滑性能和低滚动阻力等多种要求,并能改善S-SBR的加工性能和抗冷流性能。在5L反应釜上研究了多锂引发剂合成星形S-SBR的工艺,探讨了转化率、微观结构、共聚组成随反应时间变化关系,得到的产物不含苯乙烯微嵌段,结合苯乙烯含量24.2%,乙烯基含量45.99%,并具有良好的力学性能。200L试验结果表明:符合5L聚合实验结果,聚合工艺简单,适合工业化生产。 Star S-SBR has many excellent properties that meet peopJe's requirements for making high-performance tires such as low-temperature resistance,wet traction and low rolling resistance and improves S-SBR's processing properties and cold-flow resistance.Technicians researched the technology for synthesizing star S-SBR using multi-lithium initiator in a 5L reaction vessel.This article discusses the conversion rate and micro-structure of star S-SBR synthesized and the change of copolymer compositions in line with changes in reaction time.The synthesized product does not contain styrene micro-block,has a bound styrene content of 24.2% and a vinyl content of 45.99% and has excellent mechanical properties.A 200L experiment shows that the experimental resuhs are consistent with those from the 5L polymerization experiment and the polymerization technology is simple and suitable for use in industrial production.
