摘要
企业的持续成长是企业实现其他目标的前提,熊彼特构建的以"创新"为核心的企业理论侧重于从技术创新或制度创新单方面的角度对企业持续成长进行研究,而不是利用二者的协同关系对企业持续成长进行研究。我们在熊彼特创新理论的基础上,将技术创新与制度创新纳入到新古典经济学分析框架中,构建出基于技术创新与制度创新协同模型的企业持续成长创新理论,研究技术创新与制度创新的投入对企业持续成长的影响及其作用机制。在提出用以刻画技术创新与制度创新投入关系的边际创新替代率概念的基础上,研究了同一企业内和不同企业间技术创新与制度创新均衡的创新组合。
The sustainable growth of the enterprise is the premise of other goals.Schumpeter＇s theory with ＂innovation＂ as the core that studied the unilateral influence of the technological innovation and the institutional innovation on the sustainable growth of the enterprise didn＇t study the influence of coordination.On the basis of Schumpeter＇s innovation theory,the coordination between technological innovation and institutional innovation is analyzed within the framework of the Neo-Classic economics.The paper constructs the innovation theory of the sustainable growth of the enterprise based on the coordination model of the technological innovation and the institutional innovation,and paper puts forward the concepts of the marginal rate of innovation substitution.The balanced innovation combination of the technological innovation and the institutional innovation of the identical enterprise and the different enterprise are studied.The analysis deepens and develops Schumpeter＇s innovation theory.
