Study on the Impact of Leadership Style on Organizational Commitment

领导风格会影响员工的组织承诺水平,但文化是影响领导风格和员工组织承诺的重要因素。本研究在中国文化背景下,使用调查问卷方法验证了在国有制造企业中领导风格与员工组织承诺间的关系,分析了情境因素和员工期望领导风格对两者关系的影响。

The leadership style is one of the most important components of management as well as organizational commitment of human resource management.Meanwhile,there are many studies about the relationship between leadership style and organizational commitment spring up in western country.This study here focuses on the effects of leadership style on the organizational commitment in state-own manufacturing enterprises of China.In addition,this article investigates the impact of the consistency of the actual leadership style with the preferred leadership style of the employee and situational factors on the relationships between leadership style and organizational commitment.
