摘要
目的评价头孢替安在6种输液中的稳定性(5%葡萄糖、10%葡萄糖、葡萄糖氯化钠、果糖、转化糖、0.9%氯化钠)。方法用紫外分光光度法测定配伍液中的头孢替安的含量,并测定不同温度、不同时间的pH值、含量、观察物理变化。结果6种配伍液中在6h内pH无明显变化,在37℃时外观在2h颜色开始改变,且含量下降,而室温下则氯化钠与转化糖较其他配伍液稳定性较大。结论头孢替安与6种输液(5%葡萄糖、10%葡萄糖、葡萄糖氯化钠、果糖、转化糖、0.9%氯化钠)配伍稳定。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the compatible stability beween cefotiam and six kinds of solutions (5% GS 10% GS GNS glycerol injection invert sugar injection 0.9% NS). METHODS The contents of cefotiam in six solutions were detected by UV-spectrophotometry and the external apperance and pH valuse were observed at different times and temperatures. RESULTS The pH value of the six mixed solutiones showed no significant changes within 6 hours, the external appearance changed and the contents of ecfotiam decreased after 2 hours at 37℃, however, cefotiam mixed with 0.9% NS and invert sugar injection were stable than the other 4 mixed solutions. CONCLUSION cefotiam mixed with six solutions(5% GS 10% GS glycerol injection invert sugar injection 0.9% NS)were stable during 6 hours.
