摘要
目的建立氯霉素酊中氯霉素的含量测定方法。方法使用紫外分光光度法测定氯霉素的含量。本样品以75%的乙醇为溶剂,在278nm的波长处测定吸收度。结果氯霉素在8~22μg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9998,回收率为99.4%(n=3)。结论本法可用于氯霉素酊中的氯霉素的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a measure to determine the content of chloramphenicol in the tincture of chloromycetin. METHODS Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to assay the quality of chlor amphenicol ethanol of 75 percent used as the solvent and the absorptivity is tested at the wavelength of 278nm. RESULTS the content of chloramphenicol within the range of 8 ~ 22μg · mL^-1 shows a good linearity r =0. 9998 and its recovery is 99.4% (n = 3). CONCLUSION This method can be used as a measure to determine the content of chloramphenicol in the tincture of chlormycetin.
