摘要
目的对透明质酸钠(SH)的结构进行表征。方法采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和圆二色谱(CD)对SH的结构进行分析。结果SH的FTIR及CD光谱均与文献相符,SH的相对分子质量对其光谱学性质没有影响。结论FTIR和CD可以表征SH的一级和二级结构,为SH的结构研究提供依据。
Objective To characterize the structure of sodium hyaluronate (SH). Methods FTIR and CD spectra were used to analyze the structure of SH. Results The F-FIR and CD spectra of SH were identical with the previous reports and the relative molecular mass of SH had no influence on the spectroscopy properties of SH. Conclusion FTIR and CD can characterize the primary and secondary structure of SH respectively and provide evidence for the structure study of SH.
