摘要
汇总近年国内外蟾酥研究的资料,对蟾酥的药理作用及制剂工艺的研究进展作一综述。内容包括蟾酥对心血管系统、肿瘤的治疗作用;β-环糊精包合与固体脂质纳米粒是蟾酥制剂研究的方向,需加强蟾酥制剂工艺与质量控制关键技术的研究,尤其要增加多指标的指纹图谱来综合控制和评价蟾酥的内在质量。
Based on the research data of Venenum Bufonis in the recent years, the progress on pharmacological action and preparation of Venenum Bufonis is reviewed. The effects of Venenum Bufonis on cardiovascular system and tumour have been proved by a great deal of experimental researches. The β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex and solid lipid nanoparticles (SLN) direct the development of Venenum Bufonis preparations. The studies on preparation technology and quality control, especially, the fingerprints for controlling and evaluating the internal quality of Venenum Bufonis should be further done,
