通过把振动切削深孔加工技术和交流变频调速技术相结合,在普通机床进行必要改造后,设计实现了能自主切屑的高性能机床电气控制系统。详细论述了系统的构成及控制实现方法。
A closed-loop AC speed adjusting system, which combines frequency control and the drilling deep-hole on vibratory cutting, is described. After reform traditional machine, a high performance machine-control system of auto-cutting is designed. And the hardware structure, electric circuit and method of control are introduced.
