摘要
以8个水稻品种(含杂交稻组合)为材料,研究了籽粒发育期内源多胺的含量及其与籽粒充实和粒重的关系。结果表明:籽粒中Put(腐胺)、Spd(亚精胺)和Spm(精胺)的含量,强势粒高于弱势粒,籽粒充实好的品种(组合)高于籽粒充实差的品种(组合),尤以Spd和Spm更明显;籽粒中Spd和Spm的含量或浓度,以及Spd/Put和Spm/Put的比值与谷粒充实率和千粒重呈极显著正相关,在花后3天喷施外源多胺(1mmol/Spd和0.5mmol/LSpm),籽粒中Spd和Spm的含量、胚乳细胞数、谷粒充实率和千粒重增加,用多胺合成抑制剂MGBG处理后结果则相反。表明多胺特别是Spd和Spm对水稻籽粒充实和增加粒重有重要作用。
Using 8 rice varieties (including hybrid combinations) as materials, polyamines in developing grains and their relations with grain plumpness and grain weight were studied. The results showed that a) , the content of Put(putrescine), Spd(spermidine) and Spm (spermine) , especially Spd and Spm, was higher in strong potential grains than in weak potential ones, and higher in the varieties with high grain plumpness than in those with low grain plumpness; the content or concentration of Spd and Spm in grains, and values of Spd/Put and Spm/Put were very significantly correlated with grain-filling percentage and 1000-grain weight; and b), spraying exogenous polyamines(1mmol/L Spd or 0. 5 mmol/L Spm) on the third day after anthesis increased Spd and Spm content in grains, endosperm cells, grain plumpness and grain weight; however, the results were reversed when polyamine synthesis inhibitor MGBG was used. It is suggested that polyamines, especially Spd and Spm, play an important role in grain filling and grain-weight increase.
