摘要
研究薄壁工件因工夹系统变形所引起的加工误差的计算方法。根据有限元计算所得工件刚体位移及工件变形量,建立系统变形前后工件的变换矩阵,计算工件表面生成点的坐标位置变化,由公差带的数学模型得到系统变形加工误差模型。根据各定位点对变形误差的影响程度不同,建立定位误差敏度矩阵,确定定位元件变形对加工误差的影响因子。实例表明了该方法的有效性。
The analytic model for machining errors caused by the deformation of workpiece-fixture system has been given. The mathematical model of tolerance zone has been redefined. According to the deformation value of workpiece-fixture system calculated by FEA, the transformation matrix of workpiece location pre/post deformation has been constructed. Hence the location changes for surface machining points can be calculated. For given surface tolerances, the sensitive matrix has been constructed to evaluate the contribution of locators to the surface machining errors. Finally, a practical case study has been used to support and validate the pro- posed model.
