摘要
简述零件形体热变形在科研及生产中的实际意义。精密零件形体的热变形存在微观尺度的非相似性,提出形体参数对圆柱体热变形的影响:圆柱体热变形后其母线不再是直线,而是一条曲线。指出传统圆柱体热变形计算具有近似性,并运用三维高精度多功能热变形实验装置从实验上进行了验证。
This paper briefly describes the significance of thermal deformation in scientific research and production, thermal deformation of precise parts exsits micromechanism non-similarity, It presents the influence of geometrical parameter on the thermal deformation that after thermal deformation cylindrical generatrix is not linear but curvilinear and the approximation of traditional calculation of cylinder thermal deformation, and the profound investigation has been carried out on experiments by high-accuracy three-dimension and multi-function experimental equipment of the thermal deformation.
