韩国新村运动对建设我国新农村的几点启示

Construction of Socialist New Countryside in China vs. Saemaul Undong Movement in Korea

新农村建设是新时期我国政府致力解决的重大问题，其实施计划、发展步骤、发展模式等一系列问题需要认真认识、对待和研究。韩国新村运动创造了享誉世界的“江汉奇迹”，其对国民的精神激励机制、严密高效、自上而下的组织机构，新村建设的带头人的培养、新村教育、完善的农协组织等都对我国进行社会主义新农村建设提供了宝贵的经验和借鉴。

Construction of Socialist New Countryside is a strategic step taken by the Chinese Government in the current historical period. A series of issues thereto related is to be carefully studied and treated, such as implementation of its plan, moves and pattern of its development. China can make reference use of some valuable practices in Saemaul Undong Movement （New Village Movement） in Korea, which has worked the world famous wonders of ＂the South Korean Miracle＂, such as its mechanism of morale inspiration, rigorous and effective organization, method of elite training ,education and cooperative organization in new villages.
