目的:分析YL-1型一次性颅内血肿粉碎穿刺针微创手术治疗高血压脑出血方法的治疗效果。方法:我院自2004年3月至2006年9月共用此方法治疗了39例高血压脑出血患者,对治疗方法、治疗效果等给予综合阐述。结果:在提高定位精确度提前下,运用YL-1型一次性颅内血肿粉碎穿刺针微创手术治疗高血压脑出血使死残率降低。结论:科学的技巧性的运用YL-1型一次性颅内血肿粉碎穿刺针微创手术治疗高血压脑出血疗效明显,是基层医院治疗高血压脑出血的较好的方法。

Objective To analyse the therapeutic effect of hypertensivc cerebral hemorrhage in YL - 1 transfixion pin of comminuted intracranial hematoma on minimally invasive surgical technology. Methods The treatment and therapeutic effect about the clinic data of the 39 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage performed minimally invasive surgical technology between march 2003 and september 2006 was studied. Results Enhanced setting accuracy was decreased death rate and disability rate of the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage on minimally invasive surgical technology.
