摘要
采用PFS絮凝-膜分离法对含油食品废水进行处理。通过改变PFS的投加量、pH值、反应时间、膜操作温度和压力等条件,对废水中的油、COD、SS和NH3-N的去除率进行了研究,得到了较佳的工艺条件:PFS的投加量为70 mg/L,pH值为7,反应时间为60 m in,膜操作温度为40℃,压力为0.7 MPa,油、COD、SS和NH3-N的去除率分别达到98%、93%、92%和80%以上,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》的一级标准。
In this paper, PFS flocculation-membrane separation is applied to treat food oil-containing wastewater. The removal rates of oil, COD, SS and NHs-N are studied by changing conditions of adding amount of PFS, pH value, reaction time, operation temperature and pressure of membrane, and the optimum technologi- cal conditions are obtained : the adding amount of PFS is 70 rag/L, pH value 7, reactor time 60 min, operation temperature 40 ℃ and pressure of membrane 0.7 MPa, The removal rates of oil, COD, SS and NH3-N reached 98% , 93% , 92% and above 80% ,respectively. The effluent water could reach first class standards of 《National Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standards 》.
