The Business Management Theory of Marx and Change in Contemporary Management Work

马克思的企业管理理论,是从双重角度阐发的。梳理和重温马克思的管理理论,具有重要意义;在新科技革命作用下,一般劳动过程出现一系列新变化,引发了当代企业管理出现新的特点;现阶段的管理劳动,无论从自然过程抑或从经济过程看,都属于生产劳动,而且是高级的复杂劳动,它比一般劳动的生产性大得多;从资本主义经济过程看,由于新科技革命的作用,当代资本主义管理的剥削方式更隐蔽,但剥削程度更高。

The business management theory of Marx is described in two different angles. Carding and reviewing of the business management theory of Marx is of great importance. Pushing by the revolution of new technology, series of new changes have appeared in the general labor process, which led the modern business management to reveal some new characters. Either viewed from natural process or economic process, current management work belongs to the labor for production. It is a high level work of complicated labor. Management work is more productive than general labor. From the perspective of capitalist economic process, due to the effect of the revolution of the new technology, the exploitation by contemporary capitalist management hides deeper than before and the degree of exploitation is intensified.
