摘要
导游人员是旅游业的先锋，是旅行社的代表，又是中华文化的传播者。导游带团的好坏直接关系到旅游行业的总体形象。导游应从语言运用、接团准备、接待工作及事故处理等几方面努力，以提高导游带团质量。
Tour guides are field workers of tourism industry. They are representatives of travel agencies as well as broadcaster of the Chinese culture. The quality of their service determines the image of the whole tourism industry. To improve their work in tour- guiding, tour guides should pay attention to such aspects as proper use of language, good preparation, reception and guiding, and reaction to emergency, which are key factors that determine successful tour guiding. Therefore, the reception level of guide is expected to be improved.
