摘要
企业家是一种特殊的文化人类群体,企业家成长本身是一种文化现象。企业家成长与文化环境之间,不是一种单向的、被动的关系,而是一种"相互影响、相互作用、互为因果"的关系。为此,应该更新文化环境观念,即从传统的"文化环境"过渡为全新的"文化生态"概念。由于不同的社会背景及其发展阶段所孕育的文化生态是迥异的,所以,对企业家成长的影响也很复杂。对于中国企业家而言,文化生态是随着改革开放的深入发展而逐步改善的,制度转型成为中国企业家成长的一个重要契机。
In this article, entrepreneurs are thought as a special culture group of human beings. Their growth itself is a culture phenomenon. And the relation between entrepreneur and culture environment is interaction and mutual causal rather than unidirectional and negative. Therefore, the concept of culture environment should be renewed from traditional "culture environment" to "cultural ecology". Based on the comparative study and empirical research, this article analyzes the cultural ecology characters of Chinese entrepreneur's growth and concluded that due to their special social backgrounds and development stages, there are great differences between the Chinese and foreign cultural ecologies, which plays a complicated role on the growth of entrepreneur. The cultural ecology is improving with the social development, and system restructuring is an essential opportunity for Chinese entrepreneur's growth.
