摘要
文章从顾客价值和顾客价值创新概念入手,分析了顾客价值创新原理和顾客价值创新战略模型,基于顾客价值要素,提出了实施顾客价值创新战略的五个途径:创造、加强、减弱、清除和重构顾客价值要素。
This paper first introduces the concept of customer value and customer value innovation, then anal sizes the principle of customer value innovation and model of strategy of customer value innovation. Based on the customer value element, this paper put forward five ways to practice the strategy of customer value innovation: to create, strengthen, weaken, eliminate and reconstruct customer value elements.
