摘要
经过20多年不断的探索和实践，人工耳蜗植入技术得到了很大的改进，常规植入方法已经趋于完善和标准化。特别是今年国内颁布的“人工耳蜗操作规范”，为人工耳蜗植入方法提供了依据。然而，随着人工耳蜗新技术的出现，患者选择标准和手术适应证在拓宽，对手术技术的要求在不断提高，例如，如何减低手术对耳蜗结构的损伤，长期维持听神经的功能？如何保留并利用残余听力实现电声同时刺激？
