摘要 3,4-二羟基苯甲醛与二丁基氧化锡反应制备了新化合物3,4-(二丁基锡)二氧基苯甲醛,后者与芳伯胺缩合,合成了4种未见文献报道的希夫碱,通过元素分析。 Using a wide pore microspheric silica as the matrix,a packings for high performance immobilized zinc affinity chromatography was synthesised with two ways. Silica directly reacts with γ glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane and then links to iminodiacetic acid(IDA) (way 1) and GLYMO reacts with IDA firstly and then bonds to silica (way 2). The characters and chromatographyic behaviour of the packings were tested with standard proteins.From the results it was found that the second way was better.
