摘要
3-硝基-5-氯甲基水扬醛与二乙胺/乙醇反应制得本文中间体3-硝基-5-乙氧甲基水杨醛(Ⅰ)与三乙胺反应得到〔3-甲酰基-4羟基-5-硝基〕苄基三乙基氯化铵(Ⅱ)。使(Ⅰ)和费歇尔碱进行环化缩合制得题示光致变色化合物。它们的结构经元素分析、波谱测定和已知化学反应确证。
Nitro 5 ethoxymethylsalicyladehydes used intermediate in this synthesis was prepared by the reaction of 3 nitro 5 chloromethylsalicyladehyde with diethylamino/ethanal. The reaction of the chloromethyl compoud with triethylamine was used for preparing corresponding benzyl triethymoniun triethyammoniumchloride (Ⅱ). Title compound was synthesized by the cyclocondesation of (Ⅰ) with Fischer base. The structurse of thes compounds obtained were identified by elemental analysis spectrometry and know reaction. The MS of (Ⅱ) was also discussed.
