摘要
用衍射理论研究了厚介质情况下的Z-scan法。考虑到非线性介质对在其中传播的光束波阵面产生的畸变而引入附加因子,通过衍射积分进行数值计算,分析了介质厚度及线性吸收对归一化透射率的影响。
Using diffraction theory, Z scan measurement is analyzed with thick samples. Considering the wavefront distortion traveling in the thick sample, an extra phase is introduced. Using numerical calculation by diffraction integral, the relationship between normalized transmittance and the sample thickness or the linear absorption coefficient are obtained. The conclusion agrees with the experimental results in pervious reference.
