Developing Environment and Sustainable Development of Later Modern Countries

通过发达国家与现代化发展较晚的后发国家在实现现代化过程中所面临的发展环境分析比较，认为后发国家的现代化只能走可持续发展之路，而且在制定可持续发展战略时必须遵循以经济发展为重点等原则及注意以实现“生态人”

The proper development of environment has been faced by the later modern countries in their current development, the modernization of which took place later than developed countries. Therefore, modernization of the countries must follow the line of the sustainable development. Some principles to follow and problems to bo considered attention in the strategy of their sustainable development are also discussed.
