Airline passengers are starting to reap the benefits of industry efforts under the leadership of the International Air Transport Association （IATA） to simplify ticketing and other airport procedures. The goal is to capture the full value of added consumer convenience and 6.5 billion USD （47.2 billion RMB） in annual savings as rapidly as possible.
