摘要
通过对建筑施工项目特点的分析,提出建筑施工企业项目成本控制的几个工作重点;论述了企业领导在项目成本控制中的重要作用,以及实现建筑施工企业项目成本控制的几个途径和措施。
Considering the development of the construction company in such a competitive market,this article proposes the key points in cost control.Through the analysis of the characteristics of construction pro- ject,it gives out the several ways to realize the cost control in the construction company.
