摘要
近年来,俄美两国渐行渐远,总体关系不仅呈现冷淡的局面,甚至还出现恶化的趋势。俄美关系的这种演变客观上有利于中亚局势的稳定:一是俄罗斯率领中亚各国反击"颜色革命"且取得一定成效;二是俄美关系的冷却、恶化促使俄罗斯进一步加强与中国的战略协作,更加倚重"上海合作组织",推动了中亚地区安全局势的稳定。
In recent years, Russia and the US moved further and further away from each other. The general relations between the two countries became cold and even in a worsening trend. Especially in 2007, the contradiction between them came to a new stage. Objectively, this evolution of Russia-US relations is advantageous to stabilize the situation in Central Asia: firstly, Russia lead Central Asian countries counterattack 'Color Revolution' and has gained certain effect; secondly, the cool-down and worsening of Russia-US relations made Russia further strengthen its strategic cooperation with China and relied more heavily on the SCO (Shanghai Cooperation Organization), thus accelerated the stability in Central Asia.
