词汇教学不仅要注意其广度还要注意其深度。本文从英语词汇教学存在的问题入手,探讨了什么是词汇搭配,影响学生学习词汇搭配的因素,如何提高学生学习词汇搭配的意识以及词汇搭配的课堂教学策略。

In teaching vocabulary, we should pay attention to both the width and the depth of vocabulary. There are many problems existing in vocabulary teaching, from which the auther discusses what word combination is, the factors that prevent the students from learning the vocaulary well, and how to improve the students＇ consciousness to learn vocabulary. At last, the author gives us his own practice in teaching vocabulary.
