摘要
丁集煤矿瓦斯排放井设计井深85lm,净直径630mm,其中表层土厚度约53lm。根据施工技术要求,钻孔结构设计为上段井径Ф1080mm,下qb830护壁管;下段井径780mm,下Ф630mm工作管。依据地层情况和设备技术性能确定钻井工艺方法、设备机具配套、钻井技术参数、泥浆工艺、下管方法及固井工艺。经验证,从开孔到固井,整个工序的各项指标均符合技术规范。
Designed depth of gas drainage well in Dingji eoalmine is 851m, in which overburden 531m. According to construction specifications, borehole structure is upper sector diameter Ф1080ram, Ф830 casing; lower sector diameter Ф780mm, Ф630mm working tube. According to strata condition and equipment specifications to determine drilling technological method, equipment matching, well specification, drilling fluid technology, pipe lowering and well consolidating technology. After validation, from hole-in to well consolidation each index of whole procedure are all accord with technical criteria.
