摘要 目的观察低血糖指数食物饮食教育对2型糖尿病患者血糖的影响。方法将90例2型糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和观察组各45例。观察组采用低血糖指数食物饮食教育,对照组给予常规饮食教育,两组均随访观察4周。结果干预后对照组与观察组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖比较,差异有显著性意义(均P<0.01)。结论低血糖指数食物饮食教育有助于2型糖尿病患者提高饮食依从性和平稳控制血糖。 Objective To explore the effect of diet education of low glycemic index foods on blood glucose of type 2 diabetic patients. Methods Ninety patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into a control group(n=45) and an observation group (n=45). The patients in the control group received regular diet education,while those in the observation group were subjected to diet education of low glycemic index foods. Both groups were followed up for 4 weeks. Results There were significant differences in the value of fasting plasma glucose and plasma glucose 2 h after meal in both groups after intervention(P〈0.01 for all). Conclusion Diet education of low glycemic index foods enables patients with type 2 diabetes to comply with diet therapy and to better control blood glucose.
