护理告知实施现状调查

Investigation on Status quo of Nursing Informing

目的了解护理人员护理告知的实施现状,探讨存在的问题并提出相应的对策。方法采用自行设计的调查表对即将出院的188名患者及家属进行调查,内容包括护理告知实施情况,告知方式及告知的一致性。结果患者及家属对告知的总体满意度为(2.42±0.76)分;护理人员实施入院和出院告知的情况较好,手术告知次之;性别、病程和文化程度是影响患者及家属对告知满意度的因素(均P<0.01);口头讲解和文字形式为主要的告知方式,医护、护护存在告知不一致的情况。结论应改善护理人员缺编现状,加强法制教育,提高护理人员理论水平和沟通技巧,合理采用多种告知形式,可保证护理告知的实施效果。

Objective To comprehend the current situation of nursing informing, and to analyze the problems in informing. Methods One hundred and eighty-eight patients and relevants were surveyed by a questionnaire concerning implementation of informing procedure, informing mode and the consistency. Results Participants were generally satisfied with nursing informing. The general score of nursing informing was 2.42±0.76. Nurses did a good job in admission and discharge informing as well as operation informing. Gender, disease course, and educational background influenced participants＇ satisfaction with nursing informing （P〈0.01 for all）. Oral explanation and written notice were major informing mode. Inconsistency in informing was found between nurses and nurses or between doctors and nurses. Conelusion Understaffing of nurses should be improved and continuous educational program on the laws be provided. Nurses should be trained to have better knowledge level and communication skills to improve the quality of nursing informing.
