摘要
本文从风险规避对Ｒ＆Ｄ投入的影响和Ｒ＆Ｄ中企业家职能的角度论述了富有魄力的企业家在企业的研究与开发（Ｒ＆Ｄ）活动中的领导作用，指出我国国有企业Ｒ＆Ｄ的主要障碍之一是缺乏企业领导的支持，并就如何培育企业领导的“企业家魄力”。
We study the important roles played by entrepreneurship during R&D activities,then we point out that an absense of supporting from firm’s leaders is one of the main obstacles to state-owned firm’s R&D,So We give some suggestions to Leaders for developing ability to guarantee R&D
