摘要
随着我国经济文化水平的不断提高,人们对住房的需求逐渐从满足基本的生存需要向实现舒适健康型的居住环境转变,从小区环境、套型设计、交通组织、人际交流四个方面阐述了体现人性化的住宅设计,以适应不断提高的居住质量。
With the continuous increase in the level of our country＇s economy and culture people＇s requirements on housing has gradually realize transition from living requirements to comfortable and health dwelling environment. In this paper from four aspects, district environment, design of suit residence, traffic operation and interpersonal interaction humanism design of houses is elaborated, in order to meet increasing requirements on dwdling quality.
