摘要
从住宅的户型设计、住宅的生态化及可持续发展、新技术、新材料及智能化在住宅中的应用、住宅的装修等方面对住宅设计进行了探讨,提出了小区建设应注意的问题,指出住宅设计应以人为本,从而创造出真正符合人们需要的优质住宅。
It discusses the residential design from many aspects, including residential style design, ecological and continuous development resident, application of new skill, new material and intelligentization as well as residential decoration. It also brings forward some problems which should be noticed during community construction, and points out the residential design should stand from human＇s point, so as to create a high quality residence which suits people＇s real needs.
