摘要
针对先张法预应力混凝土空心板梁出现竖向裂缝的现象,结合安阳至南乐高速公路实际施工,就其产生原因从原材料、设备、施工工艺、混凝土自身应力等方面进行了分析,并提出了相应的裂缝预防措施,以确保混凝土空心板的预制质量。
In light of the circunmstance of vertical cracks appeared in pre-tensioned pre-stressed concrete hollow slab, the author analyzes its causes from materials, equipment, construction technology and concrete stress combined with practical construction of expressway from Anyang to Nanle, and proposes relevant measures to prevent the cracks, in order to ensure prefabricated quality of concrete hollow slab.
