摘要
以中铝青海分公司在"8.5工程"电解项目建设过程为契机,结合工程概况,以网络作为工程控制的主要依据,对工程进度进行过程控制,并对影响工程进度的内、外部因素进行了综合考虑,指出执行网络计划应注意的问题,在工程管理过程中有一定的借鉴作用。
Combined with practical engineering of electrolytic project construction process of Qinghai branch, aluminum corporation of China in ＂the eighth five-year-plan＂, the author carries out construction progress control taking network as main basis of engineering control, discusses inner and outer factors influenced the construction progress, and points out the problems should be noticed during implementing network planning, which has certain referential functions in engineering management progress.
