摘要
从科学合理的计划、进行有效的管理和必要的投入、加强技术管理三方面对如何合理缩短工程的施工工期进行了阐述,指出施工企业在采用常规措施的基础上,可根据具体的情况,采用统筹网络技术,从而实现资源优化配置与动态管理,最终达到加快工程进度、缩短施工工期的目的。
From three aspects: scientific and proper planning, effective management & necessary investment and strengthening technical management measures to reduce construction period are elaborated. Author points out to construction enterprises overall network technique can be used based upon conventional measures to realize optimum distribution of resources and dynamic management to speed up construction progress and reduce limit time.
