摘要
通过对建设工程质量特点的介绍,从施工阶段工程质量控制过程入手,从施工准备阶段、施工过程阶段、竣工验收阶段探讨了施工阶段监理对工程质量控制的策略和方法,以防止质量问题的发生,确保工程目标的实现。
Based upon introduction of the quality characteristics of building engineering, from preparation work, construction process and stage of completion and delivery practical quality control strategies and methods by supervisors in construction stage are discussed in order to ensure the realization of project target.
