摘要
通过对建设工程招投标中不正当竞争行为及其危害性的阐述,提出了三种预防不正当竞争行为的措施,指出实行严格的资格预审制度和科学合理的确定标底,同时加强招投标活动的监督机制,可以有效地预防招投标活动中的不正当竞争行为。
Through illustrating unfair competition in construction engineering bidding and its harmfulness, the author proposes three measures to prevent unfair competition, and points out that man should carry out strict prequalification system and scientific and rational engineering＇s estimate, and should strengthen supervisory mechanism of bidding, in order to effectively prevent unfair competition in bidding activity.
