摘要
阐述了国内建设工程招投标方法存在的问题,分析了工程量清单报价的优点及存在的缺陷,对如何合理、公正地编制工程量清单提出了建议,指出只有精确的工程量清单,才能提高中标率,使企业在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。
The article illustrates the problems existed in construction engineering bidding methods in our country, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of BOQ valuation, makes suggestions for the way to rationally and fairly compile the bill of quantities, and points out that only by accurate BOQ can man increase the successful tender rate and make the enterprise invincible in the fierce competition.
