Combined with practical engineering, the author analyzes construction cost control at the stages of bidding, signing contract, construction and completion settlement, discusses the way to well control engineering construction cost, and points out that man should do well completion settlement, in order to increase cost control level and ensure reproduction of construction enterprise.
