道路交通安全管理规划体系研究

Study on system of road traffic safety management planning

在交通安全规划的实践和对现有成果研究的基础上,从规划的目标、原则、组织机构、层次划分、工作流程、技术路线、资料搜集与调查及规划内容八个方面,对规划的体系进行了总结和探讨,以供各地交通安全规划编制人员参考。

Based on planning practice and study on existed research production, this paper summarized and discussed the planning system from eight aspects object,principle,level,organiztion,working procedure, technologic route, collecting and investigation of data, planning content, so as to make reference for traffic safety planning workers.
