41%乙蒜素原药样品的气相色谱定量分析 被引量:6

摘要 采用气相色谱法,以正十三烷为内标,用FID检测器对41%乙蒜素进行定量分析。结果表明:该方法的标准偏差为0.065,变异系数为0.157%,平均回收率为98.78%,线性相关系数为0.9998。 Ethylicin EC was analyzed quantitatively by FID detector using gas chromatography (GC) with n-Tridecane as internal standard. The standard deviation of this method was 0.065 and its variation coefficient was 0.157 %. The average recovery rate was 98.78 % and the linear correlation was r=0.999 8.
