摘要
[目的]建立测定竹节参中齐墩果酸皂甙含量的方法。[方法]采用分光光度法,以香草醛-高氯酸显色,在波长545nm处测定吸光度。[结果]齐墩果酸线形关系良好,线性范围为0.036~0.120mg/m(lr=0.9976),平均回收率为98.81%,RSD=1.32%(n=5)。[结论]所用方法结果准确,重复性好,专属性强,可用于竹节参中齐墩果酸皂甙含量的测定。
[Objective] Method for detecting the content of oleanolic acid sapoin in Panax japonicus C.A. Mey was established. [Method] Absorbance in λmax 545 nm was detected by using spectrophotometry and vanillin and perchloric acid as chromogenic agents. [Result] Linear relations of oleanolic acid were good. The linear range of oleanolic acid was 0.036~0.120 mg/ml (r=0.997 6) and the average recovery of oleanolic acid was 98.81 % (RSD=1.32 %, n=5). [Conclusion] The method was accurate and reproducible and could be used to determine the content of oleanolic acid sapoin.
