摘要
[目的]研究渗透胁迫下大豆幼苗叶片亚精胺(Spd)及3种抗氧化酶活性的变化。[方法]以豫豆24号(强抗旱性)和豫豆6号(弱抗旱性)为研究对象,研究了渗透胁迫下,PEG、MGBG和外源Spd对大豆幼苗叶片MDA和Spd含量以及3种抗氧化酶活性(SOD、CAT和APX)的影响。[结果]渗透胁迫3d,豫豆24幼苗叶片Spd含量明显上升,豫豆6号幼苗叶片MDA含量明显上升,还提高了豫豆24幼苗叶片3种抗氧化酶活性。MGBG处理促进豫豆24MDA含量的上升,抑制其Spd含量和抗氧化酶活性的上升,但对豫豆6号影响不大。外源Spd处理提高了豫豆6号幼苗叶片的Spd含量以及3种抗氧化酶活性,并抑制其MDA含量的升高,但对豫豆24影响不大。[结论]渗透胁迫条件下外源Spd可降低MDA含量,缓解活性氧的伤害。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the relationship between spermidine and activities of 3 kinds of antioxidases. [Method] With Yudou 24 (high drought-resistance) and Yudou 6 (low drought-resistance ) as research materials, the effects of PEG,MGBG and exogenous Spd on MDA and Spd contents and activities of 3 kinds of antioxidases (SOD, CAT and APX) in leaf of soybean seedlings under osmotic stress were studied. [Result] Under osmotic stress for 3 d, Spd content in seedling leaf of Yudou 24 increased obviously, MDA content of in seedling leaf of Yudou 6 increased obviously and the activities of 3 kinds of antioxidases in seedling leaf of Yudou 24 increased. MGBG treatment promoted the rise of MDA content in Yudou 24 and inhibited the rise of Spd content and antioxidases activities, but had little effects on Yudou 6. Exogenous Spd treatment increased Spd content and activities of 3 kinds of antioxidases in seedling leaf of Yudou 6 and inhibited the rise of MDA content, but had little effects on Yudou 24. [Conclusion] Under osmotic stress, exogenous Spd could reduce MDA content and alleviate the damage of active oxygen.
