大麦干种子DNA提取研究

Study on DNA Extraction in Dry Barley Seed

进行了应用改进后CTAB方法从半粒大麦种子中提取DNA的研究。结果表明,从干种子中提取的DNA是完整的,多糖等大分子及RNA也被去除;提取的DNA与大麦叶片中提取的DNA是一致的;其PCR扩增产物与从叶片中提取的DNA扩增产物有相同的条带类型。

DNA was extracted from barley half seed using modified CTAB method.Result showed that the DNA extracted from dry seed was complete, which could effectively remove RNA and macromolecular. It showed the same banding patterns with those from leaf DNA. Amplification products of PCR from leaves had the same brand.
