摘要 [目的]测定雪莲果中重金属的含量,为其进一步开发提供科学依据。[方法]采用微波消解样品,石墨炉原子吸收法测定雪莲果中的铅、镉。其中以磷酸二氢铵为基体改进剂,可提高灰化温度,消除基体干扰。[结果]新鲜的雪莲果中铅、镉的含量低于国家关于食品污染的限量。[结论]该方法快速简便、结果准确,符合分析要求。 [Objective] The study aimed to determine the contents of heavy metals in Yacon,so as to provide scientific basis for its further development.[Method] The samples were digested with microwave and the Pb and Cd contents in Yacon were determined by GFAAS.Using the ammonium biphosphate as matrix modifier could increase ashing temperature and eliminate matrix interference.[Result] Pb and Cd contents in the fresh Yacon were lower than the national limit about food pollution.[Conclusion] The method was fast,simple,convenient and its result was accurate,which accorded to analysis requirement.
