摘要
河南某种鸡场饲养4.5万只种鸡,发生大肠杆菌病。从68只病死鸡脏器中分离到27株大肠杆菌,对其中10株大肠杆菌进行了鉴定和分型,结果表明:90.9%大肠杆菌为O78,9.1%大肠杆菌为O74。将O78、O74制成灭活蜂胶苗,免疫该场青年鸡,发现使用安全、效果好,免疫后的180 d保护率仍达到100%。免疫过的鸡群因大肠杆菌病的死亡率低于1%~5%,产蛋率平均高5%~10%。
Colibacillosis occurred in a breeder-chicken farm of Henan province with 45 thousand breeding chickens.27 strains of E.coli were isolated from the visceras of 68 diseased or dead chickens,among which 10 strains were identified and serotyped.The results showed that 90.9% of E.coli was serotyped of O78 and 9.1% of E.coli were serotyped of O74.Both O78 type and O74 type were made into inactivated propolis vaccine which was used to immunize young chicken in this farm.It was found that this vaccine was safe to use with good effects and its protection rate still reached 100% after the chicken had been immunized for 180 days.In the chicken flock that had been immunized the mortality of colibacillosis was below 1%~5% and the average laying rate was 5%~10% higher than CK.
